Just me, but the reason Fireworks were used is because they are not traceable or suspicious.

There are certain items that when purchased will alert authorities due to the threat of a bomb being made.

I do not believe this was just an owner leaving or having fireworks go off by accident….

The all other encompses the activity. Basically it is all the other shit they didn't think of. It is how they wrap anything like this into charges. If you don't like the ant walking across the street today and do something like this it you will be charged with terrorism.

I have friends that were charged with terrorism. The judge was laughing when he dismissed the charges.

If you go from by frame you can see the explosion go under the truck first, then through the cabin, then the tonneau cover blows off.

If you look carefully at the construction of the bed of the CT you will see that it is not sealed and the flame you see coming out from under the bed COULD be compression of the air (from the explosion) in the vault escaping through the holes (where the air tank is held). Don't think it's a battery issue because I recall them saying it is made to blow out downwards toward the ground (battery fire).

Very easy to rent a truck “it gets stolen” then parked outside trump tower with a fire starting device in the cab.
The visuals send a powerful message.

They were camping and playing “war games”. They had booby traps that were basically a firecracker wrapped in talcum, but basically harmless.

From many a family a member and friend a ranger. I totally believe the story. I always ask a ranger if they have ever had or have their red card. If they don't know or never had. I think something like the above picture from cocaine bear. Someone who would shart pants and call a bunch of people playing capture the flag terrorists.

Agreed, in the screenshot I took It looks like the blast is coming out under the doors, out the windows, and from between the cab and the tonneau cover. Whatever it was was a fast burning exploding material. Batteries burn very slowly. I'm not saying its impossible but I don't see fireworks burning that quickly (initial blast).

Apologies, I did not see this comment. This would make 100% sense for the impact quality of the explosion as well. I would guess it was in the cab though, not the bed in this theory.

Could be something as stupid as a leaky propane camp stove in the bed ?‍

Remember... M80's M100's and larger are also considered fireworks... similar to 1/4 stick of dynamite or more... can give you a similar blast... smoke coming out COULD have been multiple fuse lines burning... All possible.

With a person inside. Was this the actual valet? It seemed early in the morning from video time. Maybe one could pull up early and sit there vs. a valet coming down to you if a line was present. Making the timing more effective. Just guessing.

My bad. I meant valet area. Many times in Vegas there is a line up to wait to get to valet. Sometimes the valets will run down the row and pick up prior to getting to the front door if you don't have luggage and stuff.

I am saying the morning time frame might lead to being able to pull up and get it right to the spot for most impact. Would like to see the drive up etc on video.... We are seeing a clip probably sold to a crappy news service vs. all the cameras that will be shown later.
