That weight would allow you to register the dual in Europe to drive with a regular license and no more than 5 people and minimal or no luggage (a gross weight of over 3500kg requires lorry license). Not ideal but just about doable, particularly as the likelihood of anyone actually checking what you are carrying is very slim. Pity they couldn’t shave 500kg more weight off as that would be perfect for most use, including commercial.

You could go beyond that but drivers then need an uprated license. Doable, but limits the market.

There’s been some talk of the EU bumping the weight limits for EVs due to the batteries weighing more, but I’m not sure if that’s happening.

So what is that button thing below outlets? And why would a 220vlt plug be only 2kw. ? It's 12kw I bet

appears to have a 2kW label
Chevy 10.2 kW & Ford 9.6 kW -- "The Silverado EV offers up to 10.2 kilowatts of energy, a skosh more than the Ford's 9.6 kilowatts."

Less rear headroom and hip room than my current Model X? Growing kiddoes won't be happy. Then again, we also cram them into a Model Y so it will feel roomy by comparison.
I'm in a Y with my growing littles so itll be a nice change

2Kw is a little weird. kind of silly to put in a 14-50, and only output ~8 amps. a standard 20 amp 120v outlet is 2.4kw.
Right. What about that thing below outlets? Air connection?
