I am order number RN112808XXX (reserved Nov 22 2019 @ 2:07 PM PT) and just got the Foundation Series invite today at 1:31pm.

Pulled the trigger on the Cyberbeast + Range extender. Says mid to late 2024.

More exactly, Tesla skipped a huge chunk of possible VINs, restarting at 421

guess who they’d save VIN 420 for? ?

they’ve registered 350 VIN to date, with~20-25 delivered at the delivery event (on screen, off screen, + delivered elsewhere)

I’d guess they’ve delivered 50-70 trucks so far, including the delivery event units

not that many transports being spotted loaded in outbound lot, for it to be much more than that (they could always instead load inside, but why start now)

I asked for a specific VIN number. Tesla has said they are working on my request. Might delay my delivery, but they said they would work on it.
It's not 420 however. Yet low enough to be in the first group. Paying cash. However would not move my area of delivery.

Hi y'all. I finally received my FS invitation this afternoon 1/2/2024 and placed my order immediately. Unfortunately, I got so excited after 4 long years of waiting, somehow using my phone, I'd ordered the wrong model ? I wanted the Cyberbeast but ended up ordering the Cybertruck AWD. I literally had a panic attack but then I remembered the customer service # from a recent call regarding my Cybertruck preorder. So, a quick call to CS and within 10 minutes, they're able to fix my Boo-boo. My order for the Cyberbeast was finalized this evening

Got my invitation on December 26, thought about it for day, ordered on the 27th. I'm in Alabama and reserved immediately after the servers opened on November 19, 2019. #1127xxx. Surprised to say the least when I got the invitation for the Foundation as I was thinking it would be a few months to order and I was too far down the reservation list (40,000'ish)to be considered for the limited edition "Foundation." Not happy about the $20k "take it or leave it" upgrade, but, don't think being able to customize your CyberTruck order is gonna happen for several months, maybe, next year. Also, after I considered everything you get in the bundle, it was quite a value with the "Power Share" technology, Lifetime Connectivity, FSD, and the little extras like the sunscreen, doormats, yada, yada. Anyway, I think it also Tesla's way of making sure the early owners have the complete CyberTruck experience, it's unique features and best accessories. The CyberTruck touted in (2019) is not the CyberTruck delivered in (2023), it has the upgrades no one knew about, drive by wire, 48v electrical, etc. So, for me, I'm excited to be able to order one. It's definitely a much more expensive truck than I reserved. But, a lot of stuff happened across the world in 2020 and it still got made and delivered in 2023.

have you perused the VIN tracking thread to see if your requested VIN number has already been registered?

if instead it hasn’t, I might be able to provide some additional info on the likelihood of getting a VIN that to date has not been registered

there are reasons they’ve skipped prior numbers

Another great data point. So it was about 90,000 reservations placed in the first 12 hours (11274 - 11283), about 50,000 in the following 12 hours (11283-11288), and about 30,000 in the following 18 hours or so (11288 - 11291).

Would be great to know how many days after the event they tipped over to 113xxx. Granted anything outside of that first day or two you now have a significant proportion of other models (3/Y/S/X) in the mix
