what is your point?
Not sure what his point is, but it opens up some other possibilities.

To go movie plot mode, the "driver" could have been a stiff with his eyes open, propped up with a flammable (say bamboo) frame to keep the FSD inside camera happy; and whoever did it could still be alive elsewhere.

No, I don't believe that for a minute, but if it opens up that possibility, maybe it opens up some more plausible ones. Like the driver being kind of dumb, which one might already suspect.

It's just an observation. Most of it is all speculation right now. Just throwing an observation into the mix to stir up any other thoughts on what might have gone down. ?‍♂

It's an odd move to just pull up to the front door. But it just so happens that's exactly what FSD would have done. To what gain, I don't know! Why would you, I don't know! Maybe the dude was "ruffy'ed" and still conscious, so that FSD would still work but he had no idea what he was doing. ?‍♂

Just interesting things to think about.

Maybe, but propping up a corpse or dummy would be hella challenge to get the eyes open and/or torque on the wheel.....

Some camp fuel canisters and fireworks? This is not the way to generate much explosive power relative to a typical pipe bomb. Ask a bomb tech if you don't believe me.
Just because it was a crappy bomb doesn't mean it wasn't a bomb. A gun that misfires is still a gun.

both rented an electric truck from turo. Both were on the same base. It seems to me someone gave them directions on how to carry out these attacks and one of them failed. I am thinking that there could be more attacks out there but maybe they were told to stop for now. No proof but it sure as hell looks like a possibility.
Was he trying to set the battery pack on fire? Or he just wants to make a statement about Elon and Trump and had no real clue on how to do anything other than to throw a bunch of meaningless stuff in the back and then he lit it on fire, but did not realize how gas fumes work in a small contained area And ended up torturing himself

Dude was angry he was still waiting on wheel covers.
In all seriousness though... Considering what occurred, this is pretty impressive.

I think Tesla should supply an optional placard that could be attached to the tailgate stating "Keep Back 500 Feet. Vehicle May Unexpedititely Explode Without Warning". It's the least PSA they could offer knowing all the FUD I'm hearing from various so called news sites.
