Are you removing delivered orders from the sheet? Is that impacting the averages?

thats because its just 1 and none others have been delivered to NV or PA that we have records of. if that one NV/PA reservation is an employee or influencer i dont want to highlight it and get peoples hopes up so i wait till there are several or the user confirms they arent an employee or influencer

THANKS for your help with all this - without your oversight, the entire delivery process would be a dark black hole with everyone guessing "when is my time coming".. At least we have some insight.

Delivered Orders do not show up in the table below the chart, but they DO count towards the state averages in the graph. I plan on making a separate page to show all deliveries

How long has it been since VIN assignment?

I got a vin on the 20th, and while my message is a bit sarcastic, there is likely some truth in it. Last I heard the truck is sitting in off site storage and they are too busy to deliver, mean while I'm seeing people get vins after I got mine that are 100's of numbers higher taking delivery at the same site, So either they lost it or something is really broken on it. Neither will they admit too or even give me a hint as to whats going on.
