Not looking to make money. Would like to recoup all deposits though. Any interest?

Order details:

Cyberbeast FS ($1000 deposit)
Range extender battery ($500 deposit)
Nov 21, Order ($100)

Order date Dec 21, 2023

So far no VIN.

If I were you, I’d keep the res and go ahead and let the cards fall when Tesla reaches out to you for an order. If you are not “ready” to make the purchase then, they “can” move your order down the list to a later time such as a non-FS. At least, that is what I was told by Fremont Associate when they called after I ‘escalated’ my concerns over the order process.

After taking delivery and driving the CT, and comparing the experience to when I purchased my 17MS.. I would advise to wait for the less expensive CT and a better quality/experience. The lack of knowledge by the associates is disappointing and discouraging. Go ahead and buy your next alternative now. And then buy a CT when that vehicle kicks the bucket. (Of course, feel free to DM me if you want a more detailed explanation or discussion.)

Tired of waiting or scared of all the early production problems?

At my annual physical, I told my doctor I just want to live long enough to get my Cybertruck. First he said, “What is a Cybertruck?”. Then he said, “How long will you wait to receive the CT?” ???

I could sure use a tip. 2 months today without a VIN.
I can only speak to my experience.

I originally ordered a CB in Dec, and within 12 hours of switching it to an AWD - my VIN was assigned to me. Of course, KEEP IN MIND, it was the last week of the quarter.

That was good luck for you. I didn't notice EOQ impact on deliveries this quart. Had hoped, but alas.

Will be a lot easier before the VIN is assigned which could be any day if you ordered in Dec
