Pulled the trigger last week.
2025 Non-FS AWD.

Been wanting since the original keynote.
Placed a reservation but ended up cancelling last fall when they were pretty easy to get. Was holding out for a non-FS.

I used to work for Tesla, specifically Project Roadrunner, which as you know was the R&D project for the 4680 batteries used in CT.

So finally got my dream car after putting some blood sweat and tears helping with the 4680 batteries years ago.

I am waiting for the 25 vins to be more available, how do you tell if it's a 25?

It will state on the DMV paperwork and on your MVPA and also 10th character in VIN will be an S.

My understanding is the 2025 Cybertruck will have no different components than the 2024 models. Tesla doesn’t seem to change the vehicle components and/or look simply because it is a new year like other automakers. Can be years of the same model being built the same way before a refresh comes out. I assume that is part of what allows them to keep cost down.

Congratulation-your wait is fulfilled-my wait is for a smaller version. Reserved when I saw it live on unveil-in real it's too big. As an early T$LA investor it's not the Price but the Size.

What size rides do you have now? I was surprised how it compared to our X, doesn’t look that much larger sitting in the garage next to each other. Granted we are lucky to have a little oversized garage which I know isn’t the case for everyone

Only got the $1k Tesla loyalty credit; no military credit for CT

I did not request 2025, luck of the draw. No EV tax credit available at time of purchase.

Yeah there was a huge sign on the showroom floor stating the military program didn't apply to CT.

Makes sense, I am mostly just waiting for the rest of the bugs to get worked out in the quality to improve.

You know I now see the website and looks like I could have got it. Not sure if it was combinable with the Tesla loyalty incentive I got. Cannot be applied retroactively so I guess I made an expensive mistake.
