I've had my truck for about 5 months and I've only had one guy roll coal on me. I've had a few thumbs down, several headshakes and one middle finger. But now I just laugh. Because I know what amazing truck this is. That's also funny because now that Elon supports Trump. It makes people confused. Am I a leftist green energy supporting liberal or am I a right-wing Elon/ Trump supporting conservative? ?
I’ve been served at head on a few times. A lot of head on lane drifters trying to push me over. Flipped off almost every time I drive. I’ve received A LOT of hate in 2 different states.

Beast mode was engaged! I’m pretty sure by the time he looked in his rear view mirror to see if he got me I was already a car length ahead. Maybe I changed his mind about the power EV’s ?

I'm not sure if his intention was to coal roll you, or just race you. but either way, he lost, with the benefit of having the inside corner. And it probably cost him $15 to loose. ?

It looks like you may live in Colorado. If so, the acts of coal rolling or diesel modification are both illegal. You can call this number (303-962-3211) with the plate to report them. They will verify the gas type and year. They then receive a 'smoking vehicle warning' and are required to repair their vehicle in 30 days or face continued fines.

NOTE: It must be a Colorado Plate and newer than 1985. If you see a Colorado plate coal rolling in your state please feel free to call the number too. Happy hunting!

I've been coal rolled twice in my Model Y. Didn't bother enabling Bioweapon Defense Mode and still couldn't detect anything inside the car. It was actually kinda funny. Thanks Tesla for the HEPA filters.

I got rolled once and it was actually kinda cool to see the smoke effortlessly flow over the vehicle due to great aerodynamics:)

I've had quite a few people veer towards me due to driver fixation, but only 1 person intentionally swerve so far.

Most people are blissfully unaware that the use of deadly force is authorized when someone uses their vehicle as a weapon.

My employees were bored one day and decided to route my exhaust out the side of my H1. I am not going to lie, I may have rolled coal a time or two.

Here in Idaho, the coal rolling is frequent from the MAGA right. But, I also get tremendous hate from the left who hate Elon and the fly fishing/kayaking Toyota Tacoma crowd who believe they have a monopoly on all environmental opinions and have bought hook-line-sinker all the anti-environmental FUD on EVs and renewables.
I get the finger weekly and thumbs down daily when driving around Boise. On longer trips to McCall from Boise, I'll get the finger 3-4 times and countless thumbs down.
Most recently, I had a single day where:
1) A Raptor swerved hard at me threateningly.
2) Two cars banded together side-by-side on the freeway to hold me back at 10 mph below posted speed level. To the point where other cars were using the shoulder to pass on the right. This went on for ten miles. I opted not to pass on the shoulder knowing that, of all the cars involved, I have the biggest target on my back from a local law enforcement perspective (I once got a ticket for 41 in a 35mph zone on a rural road where everyone goes 50+ when in my Model 3). When I exited the freeway the cars immediately split up and moved on. Very deliberate, very illegal, and when I offered license plates and dashcam video to LE, I was told nothing would come of it.

I'm not the kind of person to blow my stack and give into road rage on anyone. But, I do fear that someone in the CT community is going to blow their stack at some point. I have a friend who loves my truck, but decided not to get one for himself because he knew he wouldn't be able to control himself under the negative pressure I get. I'll admit that for me it is the worst part of owning one.
