Yeah, looks like the "Free Supercharging for FS" is gone. Apparently the "Free Wrap for FS" replaces it. Full details of offer:
Not convinced that this is as compelling as the previous Free Lifetime Supercharging incentive. Seriously wondering if Tesla will still have FS in inventory after March 31, during Second Quarter 2025.

for some it’s more compelling. If you travel a lot, supercharging is huge. But even if I had free supercharging while local, nothing beats just plugging in at home and being fully charged by the morning.

I’d rather the wrap deal (but I have a CT already)

Did the Free Supercharging offer apply to FS in Canada? Don't think so, but not sure.

The Free Wrap offer definitely does apply in Canada. The offer says "Valid on orders placed in the US and CA", and it shows up on the Canadian Tesla Inventory page.

The Model S still gets Free Supercharging, in both the US and Canada.

And maybe that's why the offer explicitly states:
"Promotional offer is limited to available color options"

Suppose someone buys a FS CT specifically because of this offer, and is then disappointed when they discover what is actually available. If there is a complaint, Tesla could point back to this language.

Looks like Tesla is sweetening the deal to try to clear out the remaining FS inventory… no other adjustments for non FS showing yet.

Order and take delivery of Foundation Series Cybertruck by March 31, 2025 to receive a complimentary XPEL-installed vehicle wrap. Valid on orders placed in the US and CA February 1, 2025 or later.​

Eligible customers will receive a voucher within 14 days of their delivery date with redemption instructions. Installation must be coordinated directly with XPEL at one of their 125+ authorized installer locations in the US and CA by June 30, 2025. Promotional offer is limited to available color options and includes a 1-year installation warranty through XPEL directly. Voucher will expire if not redeemed by June 30, 2025 and will not be reissued. Now we just need to work on the price…gas saving doesn’t work upfront for working folks, walk up with payment of $90k and service center will laugh and tell you to kick bricks!

Wrap deal has me thinking but seems like hardly any options for Xpel. Wish I could find one in Toronto area that has the matte/satin clear. Keep stainless look without headaches

Your public profile indicates that you are in California. There don't seem to be any Foundation Series Cyberbeasts in California at this time, but other states have them. For example, there are multiple FS CBs available in Las Vegas (try zip code 89101).

Tesla is known to shuffle inventory around, so there's a good chance that FS CBs will reappear in California in the future.
