Do you have any data on how this effects aerodynamics and efficiency (Wh/mile)?
That hasn't been tested (we are running light bar, big tires, etc - this truck isn't build for max Wh/mile efficiency), but I don't expect a material change.

Hard to tell how much it tucks up under the truck. The problem with most of the bumpers so far is they just emulate the size of stock. All of which are terrible for departure angles and offroading in general.

Hard to tell how much it tucks up under the truck. The problem with most of the bumpers so far is they just emulate the size of stock. All of which are terrible for departure angles and offroading in general.
CT Nation - keep in mind, prioritizing bumper design for departure angle gains is an overall bumper design compromise that serves only a small percentage of buyers who are chasing it, while making the bumper less effective as a bumper and some would say buck-tooth stubby looking.

If you look at the rest of the off road truck world, it's hard to find speciality bumpers focused on departure angle gains - just not popular unless you're hanging in Hells Gate or similar every weekend. But someone mentioned it on the CT forum, so folks jumped on it :ROFLMAO: I get it the Cyber has low mode, but no one should be off roading in low mode either. That said, we may eventually make one that shaves flush for departure / approach gains, but I know it wont be as popular (nor as functional).

I like my peanut butter smooth, but my truck bumpers chunky.

BTW, for those interested - we have tucked our bumper inside the envelop of the trailer hitch. ei. departure angle (to a flat plane) is now limited by the factory trailer hitch. No additional angle can be gained (against a flat plane) without removing the factory hitch - so yes, it's an improvement vs stock ?
