How long is the harness to extend the screen connection now?
Also, is the harness now marked to instruct the consumer on which end is to the display and which is to the harness side? Mine was completely unmarked, which can result in no display or a 50/50 chance of it.
When I installed mine I had a bear of a problem getting the hdmi dongle to reach no matter how I routed the cable in front of or behind the swivel mechanism.

The extension harness for the screen connection is 22 centimeters long. There is no need to distinguish between the screen end and the harness end, because if you reverse it, you won't be able to plug it in! Here is the installation video:
