I just went there, I didn't pay anything. The only thing they said they would charge me on was if I needed to re-balance the tires. I also bought the 'insurance' certificate for each tire when I took delivery of my truck.Go to Discount Tire. Best customer service! Rotation is $80
I would suggest removing the wheel covers yourself prior to taking in, just to ensure the clips don't get broken without your knowledge. Also, if taking to America's Tire (Discount Tire in places other than CA), make an appointment, you could wait for 4-5 hours if you do a walk-in.
