I’m dying at the truck nuts ??, ok you have the stuff I’m already considering, I have the fs coming, so I get the mats and console organizers, I have both screen protectors in my Amazon cart and a tilt mount. I have a tilt mount in my model y and it’s a must have. I also have a side MagSafe charger that goes on dash as the wireless chargers suck. But I also have a AirPod case holder for wireless charging pad in my cart.
Also considering tsports diy clear satin ppf. I love the look of raw DeLorean inspired stainless, just very weary of the damn fingerprints. Also want it easier to clean and ppf will help with the washing.

Many posts here are specific to the cantrail section, but have seen other people report loose panels in other sections of the truck. Just throwing this out there for the people working with an advisor. If you hear anything from your advisor regarding specifically what sections of panels they are concerned about please let us know.

It doesn't make sense to me that this would be specific to the cantrail when the back quarter panel area can detach due to adhesive too.

Hah they might be scrambling to get welders at this point. Or at least trying to re-apply some new adhesive (and probably having to remove the old, without bending the panels)
It's a part that can be taken off. The adhesive holds the panel the the section that bolts on. The most likely solution is to replace the whole part w/ the improved version.

If I could make any change, it'd be the legendary midgate. I'd trade the tonneau for the ability to remove the barrier between the bed and cabin. Haha I guess I just want a van/suv
The vast majority of owners wouldn't give up the tonneau. Go buy a different truck if its that's important.

This thread is most viewed at the moment that’s how much of a problem this delivery containment really is.

Delivery holds aren't a new thing, and this one isn't special. People waiting on their truck have a tendency to check threads like this constantly.

What accessories do you recommend or not recommend?
obviously i can’t recommend anything as they are all sitting in boxes waiting for the truck :(
but i got all weather mats, screen protectors, under back seat storage, the triangular door handles, the font console storage with additional cup holders, under screen tray, rinse less car wash and iron remover for the superficial travel rust.. i’m sure there is more

to come will be the digital rear view mirror, bed divider, center console firearms safe, wrapping and tint :)

Please be aware of the reschedule thing. I got two message like the delivery was rescheduled to 1 week later, but if you check the delivery step 4 of 8, it's not "Completed" status. and today it was changed to:

"We'll notify you when it's time to schedule your delivery appointment"

I called the local server center, they said the truck is on hold and they can not even schedule a delivery, they'll let me know when it's ready to schedule, so I believe that message is for reference only. Don't rely on it.

I have the same message on my order and have received the same message from advisors. I’ll be sure to follow up with them tomorrow.
