I also watched the TV commercial for the Chevy Silverado RSV last year, and it too can crab walk. Imagine getting into a parking space crabwalk! Life would be so easy

Imagine getting into a parking space or backing up a trailer. It’s very useful! The cyber truck already crab walks at high speed when you change lanes try at 60 miles an hour and you’ll feel the difference.

True, but maybe not as bad as tank turning. I think the biggest issue with both is how badly they will be abused by the inexperienced and the showoffs who will end up crashing into other people.

crab-walking is really bad on tires.

Crab walking has all tires angled the same way—just like going forward normally—so there would be little or no scrubbing on the tires. In fact it would be easier on the tires compared to normal parking maneuvering.
