Brand new AWD VIN 69XXX is bricked in my driveway. Not a single error message or anything weird when I got home from work yesterday with about 100mi left. Plugged it in and it started to charge just fine. Nice weather, mid 60s. Went to get in today and completely unresponsive to keys and cannot connect to my phone. Charging cord is stuck plugged in and roadside side they can't connect to the truck either, so it's getting towed.
This absolutely wrecks the thought of taking this thing hunting, camping etc. Real confidence loss overall in the CT platform.
**Update - was able to jump open frunk and then jump the 12v which let us get inside, unplug and get it in tow mode. Had a ton of error messages.
6/9 - Service center called and said they diagnosed a failed PCS as the problem. Part won't arrive until 6/11. That's 8 business days after being towed there.
6/11 - Service center said they have replaced PCS but are still in the 'diagnosing phase' and tackling multiple other issues. Waiting on high voltage wiring harness to be delivered. Estimated completion moved to 6/13.
