Just got my @Cybergear fridge and installed it within 10 min. Easy install for 1 person. Manual says to let it sit for 4 hours before operating. Will chime back in once I get some use out of it. But if it works as intended, it'll be a great addition with summer coming around.

Man that looks real nice.. Seems like a real nice fit too, once operational would like to know if the opening is sufficient enough to grab the items.

Seems like a great use of that space. Would be nice if they also made other things in that shape to choose from. Storage, charging, etc

How close to the charger does the lid swing? I ordered one and am assuming I will have to give up my little wireless charger surround tray thingy.

Generally curious on the use case of this. I've never really though I needed a fridge in the car. Back in the day, our Honda Odyssey had a fridge-like feature that ran off the AC that we stored formula in when our kids were little. Beyond that I never missed having that feature. Do people use this for monster road trips in the summer and camping? For typical use, I'm just icewater in a yeti.

I don't think this is for me, but I would love to use that space for something that fits my needs more. Had the truck just over a month, so I haven't really looked into options yet. Any recommendations?

Do you ever go shopping, buy perishables and want to stop anywhere else? Have restaurant leftovers you’d take home if you were going straight there? Do you ever wish you could have like a Pelegrino when all that’s sold where you stop is zero calorie monster?
how about if your kids are whining they are thirsty in the back seat and you don’t want to stop? Or maybe you stop to help someone out in the Arizona desert and they look like they are about to die of heat exhaustion and you can offer them a drink?
I can go on. I LOVE having a fridge in the car.
Also want o point out that a cabin fridge is by far the superior option if it does not really mess up your space. Not only because driving is usually when you want to use it but also because you’re spending energy already on cabin overheat protection. It’s infinitely more sensible to put it there over a blazing hot vault.

Honestly no...and my kids are in college now. I do have water in the frunk for emergencies so the AZ guy will just have to have it warm I guess, lol. I get it, but it's just not for me. If the fridge wasn't available, what else would you consider there?

I've got my eye on one of these, because (a) I swim laps for exercise, and it's nice to have a cold protein shake afterwards; and (b) sometimes my dog rides along, and the fridge would block her favorite path to the accelerator pedal, which is safer.

Don't think I'd run it all the time, but sometimes? Definitely. Just kinda waiting to see if the reviews are good and if I think it's worth the price.

Ok guys. Let me caveat that I suck at making videos but do find it kinda fun and entertaining. Anyway, hope this addresses some questions posted and then some.

Are you able to tell where the heat of this thing is being dumped?
