For the people suggesting camera relocation, don't think that would work, Autopilot might freak out even recalibrating it with such a huge position difference from where it should be
FSD doesn’t use rear camera. No different than riding with tailgate down.

That's a sign you are running inadequate tires and/or pressures not suitable for the application. Blowouts shouldn't happen unless the tire has a very serious manufacturing defect, and thousands of sidewall punctures have been repaired with tire plugs well enough to get back to civilization.

When I was young and had limited funds, I ran off-road tires that were bias ply and could be easily punctured by thin cactus thorns right through the tread area. That was my first 4x4 trip to Mexico, before I knew any better. I came prepared the next time and went from 3 flats to zero flats. And I've always kept a keen eye for situations that could cause sidewall damage. Tires are pretty tough if you know what you're doing. I don't know why you just accept so many flat tires, especially ones you think can't be fixed with an emergency repair.
Sidewalls cannot be safely repaired with pugs, full stop. Most sidewall issues are long tears, but even those with small holes have ply issues and wouldn’t make it a few miles. It can be possible to repair a sidewall or tread ply cut with an internal patch, but that requires the ability to reseat the tire. Your skills may be great, but they cannot defeat physics.

Have you ever even used tire plugs? It doesn't sound like it.
I have use many tire plugs, most often in remote places on motorcycles, like Africa, South America, Siberia, the North Pole. They only work in very limited situations, for metal punctures - almost never for rocks, curbs, potholes, or any form of blowout. Many tire failures and flats are due to ply separations and subsequent blowouts, and pinching on the rim due to potholes, curb strikes. No plug can deal with these types of failures. Plugs only work for limited punctures - essentially screws or nails, but not glass or ANYTHING that cuts the radial ply’s.

Have to use a pull through supercharger with this installed
Nope, never have and haven't had a single problem at any location. Even fits in my garage. It only adds 8 inches with tire mounted. You even have a CT?

How many Superchargers have you visited? I can say most will work, but there are many that are designed with bollards and or items that make it somewhat troubling. 700+ visited

I almost pulled the trigger on the CybertruckCo with the bumper, but got bumper only instead. I prefer the plug, and sat phone, now starlink. I sit for days at a time. So a flat wouldn't bother me. Not in a hurry.

Nice tree pull. Do use that to get it warmed up in the morning? ;)

I'd say I've been to about 110 across the country. Actually did a destination charging run last year. Didn't have a single problem at any. Most bollards have been removed as they've seen the issues with trucks.

As for the tree, I dont but I got an idea for you to use it for. ?

I don't use dirty logs that others took last night. Prefer clean.

The bollards aren't removed. If there is no protection to the stall. They stay. Please cite one that has been removed, and that have no protection. Tesla doesn't put in sidewalks on old stalls. A few have been replaced, but please dispense with the word most. There still has to be a distance between the car and the stall for protection. Add your little wheel carrier to it. You can have a problem. Is it all the time? No

You have been to less than 5 percent of the superchargers in NA. So the words most don't apply to you, as you haven't really been to many.

So with all the fun banter in this thread I’m confused. Trying to figure out straight answers from someone who actually uses this. You know what they say about opinions and how everyone has one.
I have a roof mounted digital rearview mirror I can use to see back so less worried about that other than FSD use.
Here are my actual questions.

FSD works with the tire mounted?
Tailgate opens completely with the tire swung to the side?
Trailer can be attached even when the tire is on the truck?
supercharging can happen without removing the tire or carrier assembly?
Is license plate visible? Easy enough to get an extra for the back of the wheel but nice to know if needed.
any other hiccups I may not be thinking of? Any regrets about buying this?
