Has anyone dealt with warranty claims for Pirelli tires with Pirelli or Tesla?

I'm facing issues with 3 tires, including sidewall lines, dips, and potential insertion breaks on my 2025 Cybertruck. (Tesla mobile service tech found these issues)

Tesla's service center has directed me to contact Pirelli, but Pirelli wants me to work with an authorized dealer who can process warranty claims. Despite reaching out to over 10 Pirelli dealers, none have been willing to handle the warranty claims.

Any guidance or suggestions on how to navigate this process would be greatly appreciated!

Did any of these places say why they couldn't handle the warranty claim?

Everyone asked if I had bought tires from them. They said they would handle warranty claims for what they have sold.

I’ve never been able to obtain any coverage on ANY OEM tires that come from the factory with my new vehicles. No matter what brand of tire or vehicle.
I’ve always been told that it HOW IT IS with tires that come with new vehicles.

You got dealt a bad hand, nothing to do but get a new set of tires with the warranty you want. Pirelli has always been a pain. I’m going Goodyear or BF Goodrich when I can finally wear out my Pirellis.

I remember my dad drove like 30k on his Explorer Firestone tires. Then they had a recall so he got a full set of new tires for free!

Valid point. I believe that was a nationwide recall. Unfortunately, an exception to the rule.

How long ago did you buy them, and did you use a credit card? Sometimes credit card companies have resources available.
