Anyone else seeing this issue? Just got the truck back from the SC for being bricked (full charge, but no drive), and immediately started getting these errors. I've tried a reboot via scroll wheels, but the issue persists. Obviously, the battery has a high state of charge, and the mode isn't even enabled, yet alone the charge level being close to the threshold. I did reach out to the SC, but got the standard reply of book (another) appointment (and no doubt wait 20+ days).

What happened to those fast passes we were reading about? They are just imaginary sales pitches from corporate and the actual service centers don’t give a shit?

Ok. So let’s say you have “keep aux power on” and cabin overheat and sentry on, and you toggle the low power mode fro the app, they turn off. Easy enough.
Then what happens when you toggle it back off? Do those turn back on?
Memne see here...
Overheat retains your setting and resumes after you turn off low power.
I expect the same is true for the other features.

Fast pass is for when you bring in your vehicle and they can't find the issue or it's not doing it at the time so that you can return when it is acting up, not for issues that were unknown at the time of service.

That said, follow up issues should get priority, but there are only so many labor hours available.

Makes sense. Didn’t think they weren’t aware when they unbricked Pete’s car. They are most likely related issues I think but they probably didn’t realize it when they sent the car out.

Please… teach me how to do this!!
See pic. Press & hold anyone of those icons circled, all the optional icons will show up. Then, drag and drop the one you want to the circled row. Then tap the upper portion of your mobile app to exit out. That's it. Done

Yeah, there's a much longer story - TLDR; there's electrical issues.

The truck was booked in for charging errors (it still charged, but would error with a 'check equipment' every time, tested on 3 HPWC's), but the morning I was due to take it in, the center screen wouldn't light up, and the overhead gear changer was lit, but non-functional. Scroll wheel reboot and LV disconnect/reconnect wouldn't clear the issue, so the next day, it was dragged out the garage and towed to Tesla. Fast forward 5 days, they'd completed another shitty replacement of the cant rails, replete with greasy finger prints all over the interior white trim, and claim they fixed the power issue with a scroll wheel reboot. Tried to bill me for the farings that got snapped off during the tow. The other issues (excessive vampire drain, Qi charger replacement, charging errors) were just closed as 'un-recreatable' (except the Qi charger/phone warmer, that seems to be a crap shot as to whether they'll replace it).

Anyway, got to my office about 15 mins from the SC, started getting the Low Power errors every 20 minutes (this has continued every 20 mins through the night), so I've disabled Tesla notifications for now. I let the SC know at the time, they just said to book another appt, which is set for Oct 7. To say they give no shits about the service they provide at the Fort Worth SC is a gross understatement. I have asked if I can just bring it back in as part of the original appt, but they've so far ignored that message.

Anyway, that was the 4th attempt to fix the random power errors, and third time it's had to be towed due to no power, so a formal buy-back request went in yesterday, now waiting on corporate. I can't ever trust the truck for anything long distance, and I'm the only one in the house that'll even drive it now. This is our 9th Tesla (the Juniper being the 10th), and even though most of ours have been early VIN's of the respective models, the truck has been by FAR the least reliable (only done 6000mls), I know this isn't typical, so hopefully they'll do the right thing.

So having it do over, what are you gonna get if they buy it back?
Beast with luxe? AWD ? Used car with issues ironed out? Different Tesla?
Secretly hoping you don’t say something like hummer ev😉

lol, the neighbor has a Hummer EV; he loves it, but it's not for me.

Honestly don't know. If they honor the usual buy-back terms, will probably just get another one that works better, but there's a lot of stuff on the horizon that I'll need access too as well; the Model Y L, maybe the cheaper Y, then I have reservations for Slate & Telo, and R2. This sounds like a fun problem to have, but the monies coming in don't pay for a fleet of EV's unfortunately, and the Tesla upgrade cycle is brutal for an aftermarket company, so I need to choose wisely... If I don't buy anything for a bit, I'll get a used Y or 3 on lease just to play around with, can't argue with ~$200 per month. Makes me wish I was 20 again, the choices kids have today vs. the clunkers of my era are crazy!

Also. There is a way to increase the number of icons by 1 by dragging a new icon to the very edge of the screen on the right. Typically have to take the phone case off to do it.
Thx, now I can fit fart on there without losing my preferences
