teslafi.com is the best place to look. They have some employee cars, too.
In the past the process is employees, then later influencers (small group), then more influencers and early access, then a one or two revisions, then it starts rolling out to consumers.
They could change it, but that's been the pattern since the beginning, but so far none of the known employees have it.

All Cybertrucks and all Model S and X vehicles delivered after early 2023, while it became standard on the updated Model 3 and the new Model Y in 2024. HW4 is also available on newer, refreshed Model S and X vehicles, such as the Model 3 Highland and Model Y Juniper.
