You have a premium one. The only CTs which are not were the RWD version which discontinued and the new dual motor AWD.

I got the chance to try ANC in a Model S yesterday. It took me a while to figure out the difference toggling it on/off. It's not as obvious as noise cancelling headphones but it did reduce the low frequency hum. It will be nice to have on the Cybertruck but I don't think we've been missing much.

2 years after release ANC coming out gives me two emotions.

1. Frustration, why not earlier

2. Hope, maybe more fixes like charging curve are coming "soon"

It's not great. (not bad, either)

Many complain about GM or Lucid's charging curves being more aggressive which allows them to charge faster. Tesla has actually slowed charging on their fleet, likely to maintain battery health.
