I forget where I saw it, but I think Noise Cancelling is just for Cybertrucks that have Core wheels for now. That's why no Foundation Series Cybertrucks have it yet since they all came with Cyber Wheels.

I wonder if changing the tires in the settings to core ones and rebooting, checking for software update would get it then?
