We don't know if they have the speakers. It's been a gradual rollout exclusively locking out FS and RWD.
Yes we do, it’s been talked about since the launch of foundation series, it was even listed in the official specs. You verify this yourself.

We don't...we will see. Tesla service told me they weren't sure.

The only thing I hear coming from the headrest of my CT AWD is the noise of the seat cooling fans..

Yet this noise cancellation is supposed to cancel road noise in ‘pockets around the headrests’

“Alright everyone… we’re about to switch from manufacturing foundation series to the less expensive model… remember to install the upgraded seats!!!”
hahah yah exactly, the purpose of scaling is to reduce costs. They only add upgraded changes if it’s absolutely required, not some convenience option like ANC.

The fact that it’s on the 2024 foundation wiring diagram means that we have it.

For all we know, Tesla is letting the non foundation be the beta for it and then roll out to foundation owners after the bugs are worked out 🙏

There’s definitely some staggering going on, late 2025-2026 seems to be activated immediately, mine is Dec 2024 and was activated after 1 week but still says “temporarily unavailable”. So FS and early 2024 gets activated last.

Hey everyone. Apologies to all as I started this initial thread without going into full detail. I was out of the Country and didn’t realize my follow up was never posted so here we go!

That initial screenshot was sent to me from a friend with a non FS 2024 AWD. The reason it was sent was because a month or so earlier, I had had a discussion with him about ANC. I had noticed in my late 2024 FS AWD, that if I moved my head outside of the alignment of the headrest/quiet zone, that I could hear a faint and low pitch muffled sound. It occurred anytime I moved my head forward or sideways or outside of the cancelation sweet spot. Again, this was purely my observation and thought process and well before the update. I figured I was hearing the anti-noise itself, as the caving became immediately more quiet and the muffled sound was gone as soon as I put my head back in the quiet zone of the headrest.

However, in order for this to be accurate, that would mean that Tesla was testing the ANC without my knowledge and I’m not quite sure I can get there. The issue hasn’t presented itself outside of those few days and I don’t have any other explanation. If I’m a betting man, I’d say that there’s a 99.9% chance the FS have it but I have also been known to lose more money than I win while in Vegas! Haha.

Just wanted to give some feedback and insight and hopefully we all know soon but from what I experienced, I’m pretty confident it’s coming! If not, then I’ve just got a massive amount of wax build up that shifted when I moved my head! 😂
