Interesting that the Air BnB listing didn't even mention an EV charger. How many amps did it deliver? Maybe it's new? That is something I would definitely list!

just 12A. its a mobile charger plugged into a regular outdoor outlet. gives you 2mi/hr.

New Rove location in Costa Mesa. This is a new concept combining their own chargers (up to 350 kWh), plus co-located with Tesla's Superchargers. It has a lounge area with bathrooms and a mini mart! The lounge at this new location will be open starting tomorrow, with the mini market opening on 8 April during their grand opening celebration.
Their original location opened about a year ago in Santa Ana, again, co-located with Tesla's Superchargers. Santa Ana location includes a brush or touchless carwash! Many more locations planned for Southern California.

I could not see if the driver was wearing a blue beret or blue helmet !!!

Those rims are ginormous. I saw something similar while SuperCharging in New Mexico. It might be the same CT. It was all white with the aero body kit
