Tell them it won’t charge above 24amp and they will make the change. Mine had no errors for several weeks, just charged at 24amps with no errors when I messaged the SC. They said it’s a pcs issue and got me in. You didn’t hear this from me.
Problem is I never had the error to begin with. I charge my car 100% at supercharger. I’ve just made up an excuse that it’s not charging above 24amp. SC tested out with their level 2 charger + no service error message so they are not doing it.

Lying about a non-existent PCS failure is not helpful. Tesla can easily see if there have been any PCS faults logged.

If I were a Tesla Service Center and a customer showed up claiming such a made-up story, I would permanently tag their account with "Customer lies. Take everything they say with a grain of salt."

Now that’s funny but upsets me! I’m going to go sit in the service center waiting room and eat all the junk snacks instead of getting the loaner car. Last week my loaner was a new Y and I was impressed. Maybe that’s why they give me a loaner so quick, Grok told the manager I’d eat all they gummy bears.

My truck has seen a few stopped charging events during the night. It automatically restarted charging in one case after about 5 hours. I had this issue with a level 2 charger at home and also a tesla mobile charger connected to a nema 14-50 outlet at a friend's place. Charging suddenly stops without any error codes. Sometimes it would say no power from source, which is obviously not true as reconnecting it simply works again. Has anyone experienced this?

Every time my MY stopped charging, I could find pertinent messages in service mode.

Thanks for the recognition, but I’m not sure I’ve survived the process. Looks like replacement parts are going to be an issue?
Maybe Tesla should let us pay $100 for a PCS reservation :ROFLMAO:

I feel like Andy from the office... when he really wanted a new computer but they told him he couldn't have it unless his old one "broke"...

What is our equivalent of Andy putting a slice of bologna covered in mustard in his disk tray?
