I have a 2024 FS, installed update about 100 mi/36 hours ago. my seats definitely have the scallop mount. I have core wheels and they have been selected ever since I installed them ~15k miles ago. scroll wheel reset did nothing. still have DJ commentary setting

Any sub 3000 VIN have activation yet?

I finally got mine activated as of this morning, VIN 18xx. I had completely forgotten about it because I stopped checking daily. I thought the car sounded different on the highway so I looked at settings and realized there was a blue dot.

I turned it off and on and off and on for various stretches and I'm not sure I can notice anything. I guess I was too optimistic thinking it would be a dramatic difference based on some (not all) of the reports here.

I will add I have no idea what everyone’s talking about calibration. I never seen it do that it just simply has a blue mark checked that noise canceling is active. That’s all I’ve ever seen ever.

How is it? I downloaded the update but am out of town so I’m really curious to hear how the noise cancelling works.

Apologies for the long time to respond (been traveling). It does not work (or turns off) when playing music - so nothing to report there.

I haven't yet noticed it "calibrating" so not sure when that is done?

I do hear a slight improvement in road noise with everything else turned off (high fan noise, radio, etc), but nothing to write home about (or cheer on this forum) ....

I did a road trip LA to Vegas. 30mph cross winds and 80-85 mph speed. Super quiet inside.

Have you driven the truck since it showed up? It seems like an obvious question but you never know...

Yes, I’ve had this since my activation last month. Was told to bring it to SC

I can't tell any difference between ANC on or off. A couple of times I toggled it I thought I noticed a slightly more "pillowy" softness to the normal road noise but it was so subtle I think it was my imagination (or at the very least insignificant).

I will need to drive it to a fast freeway, let it calibrate, and see if it's more noticeable at high speeds. I'm accustomed to getting more than I paid for when it comes to Tesla software updates but, in this case, I have to say I'm getting exactly what I paid for, nothing!

I've been checking on the ANR periodically. It stays on when playing music. It stays on when using Audible, or Amazon Music, or Pandora. It stays on with the AC running. It has the "Optimized for passengers in the front seats" or something like that.

I notice zero difference whether it's on or off.

I'm 6'3" and sit with my head near the headrest and between the mics.

I've tried it with nothing on - no difference either.

About as disappointed in how this works as I am about the Actual Smart Summon...

As it's been on S/X for a while, I can't imagine they had to tweak much
