I'm sharing this in hopes that it might help others having the same issue.
I got my CyberTruck (AWD) in August and have always had some wind noise coming from the front drivers side window/door. It sounded like the window was just slightly cracked open or not sealing all the way causing a slight hissing noise whenever I got above 50mph. I took it in for service twice and they were never able to resolve the issue. The first time they replaced the door seal and the second time they replaced the door latch saying the door wasn't fully pulling shut.
I finally decided to just start taping up gaps and taking it for a test drive to figure out where the leak (noise) was coming from. After ruling out the window, I starting working my way through the door panels and finally figured it out! It ended up being from the slanted panel gap under the side mirror, which I've circled in the picture below. The wind was coming in through there causing noise inside the door.
I fixed the issue by adding a small piece of this Z-shaped rubber seal I got on Amazon for $13 to cover the gap. I also cut down another piece that I ran along the gap that touches the side mirror holder for good measure.

Hopefully this helps someone else because it had been driving me nuts for a long time!
