Seen this over the weekend, Tesla has some catching up to do to get right.

Super misleading! All car sales are seasonal, with Q4 being the strongest of the year and Q1 the weakest. If you applied this to ANY car manufacturer, their sales would also have dropped. This is why the media has earned its reputation. Just remember, its is purposely misleading...not a mistake!

Ordered 1/30, delivery window at the time was 3-5 weeks. VIN assigned 3/27. Picked up 4/11.

Today marks 3 weeks since I ordered, and the timing of my order was partially based on a "4-6 week" delivery.... gggrrrrrrrrr....

I too got hit with that. I ordered a CT on 2/12 using a reservation #. They had a bottleneck delivering to Iowa so I likely got bumped from getting a late March delivery. Still waiting for a VIN.

I ordered mine 2/20 and by March 31st EDD had changed to April 21st-May27th. Saw a Premium AWD in Memphis in Inventory… boom got it. I aint waiting. The only difference was that my order was with cyberwheels instead of the core ones

I got my vin 7 days ago and it has been saying” in transit to delivery location” but it still hasn’t arrived at the location.
I got a delivery date of 4/24/26.
That’s 2 weeks away. It should have already arrived at the pickup location.
Was hoping I can pick it up this week instead.

When waiting on my order I called Houston to see if I could take delivery there to get it sooner and they told me I would have to register it in TX to take delivery. I didn’t look it to that to check the validity, and kept my original delivery location.

Yeah, I was annoyed but was able to transfer FSD. At the end of the day it was worth it. I was also a reservation holder from 2020, waiting for most of the bugs to be worked out. Will see.

I need to move a trailer mid May, which if I don't have the truck will set me back about $300-$400. my order date was well within the 6 weeks the website quoted to get the dang thing. So it's not just that I want it... because... I ordered it.. I'll literally be out money and hassle without it.... So yeah.

I know there isn't much I can do but wait. And that's the KILLER part lol.

Then I asked the in app AI a couple weeks later and it said May 18-June24.
Just asked again today and it said May 30-June 30.

I know everyone praises teslas ordering process but this is bs…. I still want the truck but this process is a nightmare.

Highly doubt AI is gathering data specific to your order. More than likely it's just pulling current delivery estimates.
