Who got the invite to the signature S or X last call?
Two of my friends got an invite. Now I don't feel as special. Notice they are back to the retail no no clause.

Couldn’t afford the 2019 $120k Cybertruck or even the $59k 2026-2027 model so didn’t get invite and still couldn’t if I did. LOL!

Maybe they should have a Model S Signature Final Paupers Edition for the old price of $69,420 with 0% APR for 144 months with $0 down. Wheels and tires are paid options.

Have had an x since 2016. The first was a signature. Have owned two Cybertrucks and bought FSD 3 times.
no invite for me.
Not sure what the criteria was but you can feel pretty damn special OP.

Looks like I got an email on April 12th, which is crazy because up until a few months ago I was banned from ever buying a Tesla. 🤣 We have 3 Teslas now and I’ve had an X in the past.

nope nothing yet
4 new Tesla's in 6 years
Nothing yet for me, also 4 new Teslas in 6 years. Seems like 250 Model S Plaids would go quick. I’m not really in a financial situation where I’d want to have to make the decision so it’s better if I don’t get tempted with an invite ha.

I don't know criteria.

Had 5 total. Most of them had VIN's around 2000. So dealt with stuff, yet continued to be an advocate of the brand. Many of the people I knew left. Not enough psycho drive to last 10 years plus. During the Model 3 era I did like 30 deliveries, when Elon was freaking out with Tequila. Must still be on lists. I don't go to the things that happen at Tesla at night, yet I have done a few analyst days, and battery day.

I know it couldn't happen for a multitude of reasons for me to buy it. I wish it was a 500 mile something. With a sunroof. Leather. Dreams of yesteryear. Each vehicle fed the next vehicle. Now that time is over for Tesla. For now. I always thought the valuation was going to end up being rich if they stayed auto vs. the future.

I envision the take rate will be low, and we are getting rounds of invites to the wedding. A, B, C.....list Gold is a yikes, and I saw the new EQS. Tesla doesn't care about luxury market anymore. I guess the Halo thing in the Tesla world will be rockets and robots post merger;).

Wonder when they show up in inventory?🤙

wish we could figure out how they came up with the list?
doesn't seem to be number of Teslas ordered?
seems more like certain "influencers"?
or was it based on some credit score / wealth indicator?

Probably propensity to purchase at the price offered.

These aren't inexpensive, maybe these folks already have $50K deposits on Roadsters that they made years ago - I know at least a few of the folks who've posted on X have long-standing Roadster deposits. Some probably also purchased Foundation Series Cybertrucks, Launch Series Model Y's and other new models as they became available. In at least one case the person had recently purchased a 2026 Model S Plaid to get 'one of the last ones' which they are now selling to get into the Signature model.

I'm sure audience matters as well - YouTube/Instagram/X/TikTok followers - to make sure there is resonance from these few vehicles hitting the street. Make no mistake, the timing here of the S/X ending and the impending Roadster could very well suck up oxygen in the EV atmosphere from Rivian's R2, BMW iX3 and other vehicles launching in the next few months. Halo effects still matter, take a look at how Audi is doing with old vehicles, old software and no halo vehicles.

So expect to see and hear about these Signature models at a level disproportional to the number of units shipped. It's all by careful curation since Tesla historically doesn't spend on advertising (outside of X it seems).
