And I’m in the PCS Club….noticed over the weekend (5/30) that I could only charge on my home charger at 24A.

Took delivery in April 2025 S/N 58xxx and 20k miles.

ive babied my battery the whole time I’ve owned it. Only charge at 30A max and have only supercharged 3 times total in the 13 months I’ve owned it.

Service ticket completed and free SC activated. Now the wait begins.

I just dropped my car off today in NJ. What do you guys think are the wait times? I actually dont mind a longer time. It helps to have a loaner.

Car? For me I'm 4 weeks into 8 weeks estimated. No loaner was offered.

Is the estimated times accurate? Mine says June 18. They gave me a cybertruck so I am ok with waiting as long as it takes.

My guess is no, it won't be june 18. But, if it is, I'll be anxious to share your shorter lead time than mine. Others too, I bet.

Did they just offer the loaner or did you urge them to provide it?

I asked and had to wait for one to become available. I think I got lucky.

it’s prolly accurate if they give you a loaner, seen a guy in here where they said bring the loaner back bc they enabled free supercharging and he could do that. They would rather you be in your car racking up miles while you wait for the parts if the circumstances permit that.

They send PCs to all service centers regularly, less trucks in your area increase your chance to be fixed sooner vs later. It took just 7 days to get the part at Little Rock vs a June 10 apt, a 30 day wait in Memphis. It was worth the extra drive there.

Tesla Cybertruck My turn - PCS failure. How long will this take to get fixed? IMG_6364

I’m at day 16 of waiting for parts. No ETA as of this morning.

I don’t care if it’s free, I still hate driving 30 minutes out of my way to a supercharger to sit and do nothing for over an hour and then 30 minutes back.

yea that got old quick, even now after fixed and it being free till Aug, I just spend the 6$ and charge at home lol.

Tip, enable low power mode even at 95% saves the vampire drain quite a bit. Might save you a trip.

I already turned off sentry at home and cabin overheat protection and that has helped a ton.
