I was scheduled to pick up my cyber beast 4/28. A day before they canceled my delivery and then rescheduled it for the next week this happened 3 times until they canceled my delivery all together. I was told “ waiting for a solution from headquarters “ and nothing more.
Today Tesla service department called me and told me my that my truck was scheduled to have the HV battery replaced and truck should be available for pick up Thursday afternoon. She acted as if I had already purchased the truck and brought it in for service as she offered me a loaner car too. I explained my situation and she took back the loaner offer. Hopefully I’ll get my truck on Thursday and everything will be good!
