I was scheduled to pick up my cyber beast 4/28. A day before they canceled my delivery and then rescheduled it for the next week this happened 3 times until they canceled my delivery all together. I was told “ waiting for a solution from headquarters “ and nothing more.

Today Tesla service department called me and told me my that my truck was scheduled to have the HV battery replaced and truck should be available for pick up Thursday afternoon. She acted as if I had already purchased the truck and brought it in for service as she offered me a loaner car too. I explained my situation and she took back the loaner offer. Hopefully I’ll get my truck on Thursday and everything will be good!

My lease offer expired today … most probably I will be canceling the order … really pissed off by Tesla … no CT for me I guess. Can’t wait for three months for a vehicle which is at the SC and not knowing what’s wrong with it and no solution to it too . Maybe next year if the base AWD model comes under lease option.

I feel you. My trade in offer expired 1.5 weeks ago. I think I’ll wait another two weeks and if nothing, I’m going to move on. This has been such a frustrating process

My mid-April order which never got a VIN was pushed out (7 weeks after ordering) 8 weeks with an 8 week window (total potential wait 16 weeks)

a week later that tightened up to a 6 week window 5 weeks out

And a delivery agent is said to be assigned. Whatever that means.

This was an app update to be an added feature if you see that delivery advisor assigned in the tracking app. In another word, you were already assigned once ordered placed and local SC confirms the ordered (the ability for you to talk to their delivery team).

Already waited this long, why not just keep it? Unless you don't have a car to drive. I think financially, you are not losing anything, except you want the truck earlier, like all of us here.
