December isn't over. Also, 'or so' is unclear. While it's usually a month and some days, it could also be two or three months, too.

Too bad the CT factory can't go up in 1 year I'm China time! We would have the CT by March!!

Well, the China factory had the advantage that the Model 3 wasn't a novel vehicle. The 'factory' may be done in about 9 months from groundbreaking, but then they have to figure out the factory part ^-^
