I picked up my truck two weeks ago, and nothing on the $2,500 credit. I msg the only contact # I have, inside sales from delivery, and they said that's not there dept and they will find out for me. That was days ago.

And I have heard nothing on the wheel covers.
I gave you my money again, Tesla, now I want what was promised!
The most frustrating part is I have absolutely no one to contact, other than opening a service ticket.

Who the heck do I contact?

Who the heck do I contact?
Mine took about 3 weeks to receive. However, many on here have been waiting months and haven't received it and when they contact Tesla, they don't get a firm answer.

I would suggest waiting a little longer. If it was me, I would wait a month and then contacting Tesla in multiple ways (e.g., SC, Customer Service, putting in a service request, etc.) just to get attention to the issue.

Also, note the title of the email in this screenshot. Just by looking at the title, it is not very clear that a voucher code is contained within the email.

The voucher will arrive in your email inbox automatically within 2-4 weeks, if not, send a message to your SA from your delivery.

For the wheel covers, you will receive a message from your local service center when they arrive and are ready for install on your vehicle. You do not need to do anything.

if so you may want to look it over again because the code could be at the bottom of it.

I purchased 5/4, and I got the email 6/19. I didn’t even realize they had sent it to me already until I reviewed my emails last week.
Just a suggestion.

I don’t have that. I never filled out original survey back in Jan/Feb. They sent another survey 6/11. Filled that out same day.

Picked up my CT on 7/29, that night I received an email labeled “Get PowerShare Home Backup” that included the promo code for the voucher. So I got both on the same day!

just tried but it's closed and cant respond to it. Cant via the text messages either - so that's a no go...it's been a month and a few days for me and nada on the PowerShare/charger

Received voucher 7/30.

You can only use the voucher once, no matter if you spend 250 or 2500. If you spend under 2500, the difference in the voucher total does not save in your account.
