4 wheel covers will weight 16 lbs + packaging weight. So I would expect something closer to 20 lbs not 5.

This sounds about right. 5lbs would be too low for the weight of 4 covers.

Did you need to do anything prior to shipping.

I took delivery of my CT and no where does it say that I didn’t get covers. Also, I forgot to ask the delivery team about it.

I thought these were going to be shipped to the service center and you had to pick them up personally. I have no idea what's going on with anything anymore that is associated with Tesla. ?????
