just wait another few years and buy one used. Other people will equally disrespect it, put tons of miles on it, likely beat the sh** out of it and lastly you get a huge discount / same price etc.

I am personally to averse to risk to allow a stranger to rent a car that I own. Of course, there is insurance. But if a stranger totals a truck that you spend your hard earned money for, you might not get another chance at the FS (if that's something that matters to you).

I know lots of people make money off of renting cars out on apps loke Turo. But that isn't for me.

I wouldn’t depend on rental income to make the truck payment.

Probably shouldn't buy it if you need the rental income from it to pay the monthly payment.

Buying something (anything) with the purpose of making money on it, by renting it, will never make you money, unless you can buy it without financing.

If you want an asset to rent, buy real estate.
Cars aren't assets.

Unlikely.

All you need to do is go on Turo and look at Cybertrucks in your area. Turo will show you the price and how many trips they have been rented for. The math will be pretty easy after that. You can get an idea of how much each Cybertruck has made. My guess is it will be well below your payment.
