Should I worry lol? Day 1 reservation holder. Ordered a beast April 28th and nothing so far….

Only sidenote I selected to hand in my Tesla lease when I pick up my CB. Lease ends June 2025.

Two weeks. ;)

No connection to Tesla, I just know that the hardest part about waiting is not knowing. So I'm giving you a firm date. Yes, it may be wrong, but at least I'm willing to do something Tesla won't do, give you a firm date!
Love it. I actually figure about 2 weeks based on reading. Having said that , like everyone else hoping faster.

I am really excited to get the cyertruck and this is my first tesla but find the whole ordering process very frustrating and idiotic. It would be so easy to fix if tesla cared to do so:
1. I got the invite to order mid June. Had to go to a show room to ask what is actually included in the premium accessories because there are no details and there is no way to contact anyone by phone. Was not given a clear answer at the show room. Tesla could easily spell out what these are. In what world is it acceptable to put an order in and not know exactly what you are getting
2. When I placed the order on June 26 it said expected delivery is October to December this year. At the show room I asked how accurate that was and was told some people were getting their trucks within weeks but they could not give me any specifics. This could easily be fixed by tesla sharing: beasts should expect vins in the next two weeks for reservation number in the following range xxxxx. And do the same for other trims.
3. When I placed the order I did read the 4k credit for the powershare install credit. There is no reference to it in the order and from comments on here they may have stopped that prior to me placing the order. I have no idea if my order qualifies or not. I have tried to text tesla to ask and that has not helped at all.
The lack of transparency is so frustrating and idiotic. Do teslas have such a cult following that all this is acceptable? I can't be the only one that finds this process so annoying.

And I can tell you I was less than thrilled to put it mildly to see I can place a new order now and get the same delivery timeframe as my reservation that was placed over 2 years ago.

2. They have no control over people canceling last minute. If you have been reading posts on this forum the majority of people sit on orders and VINs then cancel wasting everybody's time.

3. If you have it then it is spelled out.

That just makes me even more angry. Because I was told about it when I went to the showroom to ask about details and was told either a tesla store voucher or the install credit. I did not even get the email invite until mid June. So well after that stopped. But they were still telling people about it.

Honestly, that’s not some thing that I would blame the show room staff for, as you stated in your original post tesla has a cult like following and there are members here who will continue to defend and support the corporations bait and switch tactics.

this will be my first Tesla, but honestly with so much of the bait and switch game. It’s very annoying and very offputting

How do you see that list?

There is no reference to the tesla store credit or powershare. Does that mean I don't get that either?
This is the only details I see...

If one was eligible, you would have received a letter as the one attached. It would seem SC would have known about the process.

Yah I did not get that. So you are saying I don't qualify for the powershare equipment all together? That 100% was on the website when I placed the order.

Close to 2 months ago would have been the appropriate time to tell me I don't qualify...

Shortly after I ordered I was sent a survey, subsequently received the letter referenced. Were you contacted to conduct a survey? I would get more definition from support in your case.
