CT service in Miami horrendous.

Tesla delivered my CT with a crooket camera. I made an appointment and they tell me that they don’t fix it in the spot because they don’t have the personnel and they have very few loaners available, first come first serve only. I love my two Teslas but I am beginning to think that if the service continuous like this I might sell both vehicles a get something else with a service more reliable.

It's not much better with other brands. Pretty standard these days if you don't have an appointment setup in advance. Doesn't matter if it's a Ford or a Mercedes.

My understanding is SCs are short on CT trained technicians as more are being trained. It’s a shame as you’d think Tesla had years ahead of the CT rollout to train them.
Can't train them until they have trucks (and know what problems the trucks have).

Why does this make the service horrible?

And I there really aren't many dealers that will give you a loaner, let alone guarantee you one. Especially when the first is only going to take a few hours.

It is horrible because they do not give you a reasonable solution. It is their fault to deliver a defective vehicle. If you pay $110,000 at least you deserve a 1st Class service and a spotless vehicle.

It is horrible because they do not give you a reasonable solution. It is their fault to deliver a defective vehicle. If you pay $110,000 at least you deserve a 1st Class service and a spotless vehicle.
So a reasonable solution is not to schedule a Service Appointment that fits your requirements?
If they have to keep it overnight, they may be able to offer you a loaner.
You also have a period to see if there are any other items that may need to be remediated with the same service visit.

As @VAF84 mentioned, I've had far worse service at traditional dealers.

And there's a possibility that you may even get mobile service, I often do.

Training should have been done via videos long time ago. U don't train on live equipment. Video today.
Jacksonville SC is closed. 3 month backlog. My appointment 18 October. Unbelievable
Biggest SC in Florida serving 100 square miles. Closed

I guess I had better experiences with other brand past dealers. For the “Cuban” response: nothing to do nationality o race. It is a matter of professionalism, and service. Tesla is a great product and deserves the best. With my complaint I am only trying to make it better.
