After 3 weeks still have not received items from Teslaunch

Anyone else experiencing what I am experiencing. I ordered stuff from @Teslaunch 3 weeks+ ago still have not received 1 single item. No communication until I reached out to them. Then was told items out of stock. They will send “soon”. Sorry but this is not great customer service. I would expect more! Anyone else experiencing this?

I did place an order several weeks ago. The product ships from China unfortunately and takes time to go through customs there and over here in US. The tracker does show product in US and just cleared customs. That said, I would not order from them again based on the shipping direct to consumer from China. Never have had good luck and always takes too longt

I ordered and didn't realize that it would ship from China. I get that the items come from China but thought they had a US warehouse so now I am waiting much longer than expected.

Took one month to get a product. They order to “build” from China.

I have ordered 4 times from them. As long as you know it is coming from China and takes time with customs it's okay. They always sent me tracking information and the items were always packed well. Also the products are good quality.
