Ordered 4 days ago, been assigned a VIN - any idea on how long before I get a Estimated Date?
I got my VIN on the 9th. I'm picking up at Lynnwood, WA SC. Mine is suposed to get there in 10/22/24. Maybe yours and mine are on the same Truck...

I haven't been given a date estimate yet.
Just got the "time to get insurance" message this morning though.

Well, I'm looking at the VIN in the Tesla app, and can't find any mention of a Delivery Date anywhere.
Does it require me to enter the Insurance Info first?
I can't do that part until Monday.

I can't do that part until Monday.
That part confused me too. I had thought I had to setup insurance on the CT. But it turns out they want to know that you have insurance on one of your existing cars. I entered my insurance provider and policy number, and that step was completed.

I have reached out to my insurance to update for the new CT. But I won't start that until I have a firm date for delivery.

I believe when you are chatting through the app you are directly talking to someone where your truck is being delivered to and picked up. At least for me anyway . Mine was very helpful for the vin and with in a day e mails asking what is a good pick up day for me. Good luck

Ok, they REALLY need to make that more clear.
I entered policy info for my existing truck.

Can't do that until I can do bank transfers on Monday.
I transfered money via PLAID on the same day I got my VIN. The rep. I had been texting with made it sound like the truck was already at the SC. After the money was sent, I found out it was enroute to Lynnwood; with the 10/22 eta. So you won't delay anything as long as you can either transfer the money to them by the delivery day, or can have a cashiers check with you on that day. You still will have plenty of time after Tuesday.

Your trucks location with timestamp hìstory and ETA are all in their system. It depends on how lazy your delivery center is if they want to provide you any of that information.

Top right corner in the app after going into vehicle page assuming you got a VIN assigned.
