Hey everyone,

I’m sharing this here so you all have a clear understanding of the steps to get this accessory installed.

Why trust this?
This method has worked for me on both of my beasts, several friends in different states, and countless other members on this forum. It’s a straightforward and proven process.

Step-by-Step Guide:
1. In your app – Create a service request.
2. Select Upgrade & Accessories.
3. Choose Accessory Installation.
4. In the request, type: “Install Off-Road Lightbar.”

What happens next?
This request triggers the parts department to order the off-road lightbar specifically for your VIN.

Pro Tips:
• You don’t need to interact with your advisor. They likely won’t know if you’ve received the parts email or not, and it’s not necessary for this process.
• If the lightbar isn’t in stock, expect about a two-week wait for your Service Center to receive it.

I did this very same thing, with one addition... I messaged the SC team to verify the parts were in as my appointment neared. As it turned out, only the wheel covers came in and not the lightbar so they said they would order it to be in for my rescheduled appointment.

Yes, but on the light bar accessory install stated “install light bar on Cyberbeast”. Just tried again with exact wording let’s see what happens.

This process can be done with the Wheel Covers too.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. The SC advisor messaged me after I put in the service request and stated that they have no wheel covers in stock, and I will receive an email from Tesla once they are. ?‍

I did that a couple times before they finally said. Yeah, we have some we can put on.

Same but i tried again yesterday and they gave me an appointment on the 24th to go get them. Never got the e mail

Let us know, because the only other real failure that I’m aware of they admitted that they didn’t follow the prompts precisely and when they re-did it; it worked.

They were at my service center and never got the notification. I can tell you that the SC is pretty overwhelmed with all the services. If Tesla notified all the Cybertrucks that haven't gotten the wheel covers that would cause a serious problem with thousands of Cybertrucks going in. I believe they are just doing them as trucks come in from other issues.

I had a service ticket created because my front doors were starting to sag a little where I can see the gap getting bigger.

Thanks for the information. I thought it would take forever to get the light bar. I thought I would get an email sometime many years later. I just placed my appointment and am waiting for their response.
