    Air Compressor considerations

What do the S and X use? I reckon it'll basically be that but with larger reservoir and all the same precautions.

Analysis: Will Tesla Have to Delay Cybertruck Production / Launch?

Thanks to how well Tesla has managed to vertically integrate, I think there will be little slowdown overall. At least, I hope.

We're Giving Away Some Cybertruck Keychains (Contest Inside)

Looking forward to never having to buy another drop of diesel for my work truck ever again.

High Tech items for CyperTruck possible?

I think this is going to be their most pragmatic vehicle with most of the fancy tech being under the hood and not UI. Pretty much the only UI thing that seems reasonable and easy would be a HUD for that giant flat windshield in lieu of a second screen.

Will Covid 19 delay the Cybertruck build? [Related update: Fremont plant suspends production]

My county just entered lockdown today and my job is uninterrupted for the most part. Hopefully that means all our Doritos trucks are still in order.

Will Covid 19 delay the Cybertruck build? [Related update: Fremont plant suspends production]

You forgot to factor in wind resistance in the city of New Delhi on a typical Tuesday back during his childhood in the 1950s.

Musk: Cybertruck Gigafactory to be Built in Central US Location. Where Do You Think It Should Be?

Wherever it is, I just want to know if it's worth doing a road trip back to CA from. Save the delivery cash and spend some quality time with my girl and the truck.

Ease of vehicle entry: Cybertruck vs Model 3

My GF always jokes that our trucks make her feel like she's climbing into a tank. She's 5'3" and I'm 5'7", so a step helps, but a kneeling vehicle will make car seats way easier as well as entry

Does anyone know the life expectancy of the Tesla Model S and the Cybertruck?

Did it not occur to you that someone can recognize that they're giving an anecdotal example to counter your anecdotes? "Most people" and "weird" don't make a trend. I do understand, I just know that it's still astronomically small and most of the issues come from unusual use cases that the AI...

Does anyone know the life expectancy of the Tesla Model S and the Cybertruck?

You don't need to explain statistics and optimism bias to me. My experience was my experience and anecdotal, I'm aware of this. It was, however, on an open road with live traffic, so it wasn't controlled conditions and I was the one driving. I'm also aware that it's not true FSD yet. I've...

Does anyone know the life expectancy of the Tesla Model S and the Cybertruck?

Weird, I tested it in heavy traffic and found it worked fine, if not better than I would have. As far as the weird behavior, I think the sensor suite on the CT will be a bit more fleshed out and they're dropping new software in a few months. I'm hoping it's near ready by CT launch only because...

Ease of vehicle entry: Cybertruck vs Model 3

That's rough, always tough when a dog goes. At least the kneeling feature and the entry ramp will be ready for all the dogs to ride in it.

Ease of vehicle entry: Cybertruck vs Model 3

The entire cybertruck can kneel quite a bit, as shown on launch. That was part of the charm for me thinking of kids and old dogs, then eventually myself. I reckon there will be a "entry hight" setting as well as the normal automation in the 3.

Does anyone know the life expectancy of the Tesla Model S and the Cybertruck?

When we test drove a model X my GF thought it was strangely reassuring. We both trust autopilot more than ourselves to an extent since it has 6 more eyes and radar. Considering I spend most of my days in the work truck the FSD suite will be a godsend for both my work stress and her nerves. Even...
