Who polished your truck? I would ask them. Google says wipe with half vinegar half water. Or barkeeps soft cleanser should remove it and not affect the finish. But I would test a very small spot in the lowest part of the truck.
my plaid was about perfect but half shafts are very common in the x community. It's not a cheap repair either.
Tesla will get the PCS figured out and I'm willing to bet we will be offered an extended warranty. Warranties are nothing but math and they like subscription money for sure.
X Is expensive to repair. Falcon wing doors, half shafts were bigger more expensive problems. X also has air suspension. The cyber truck will most likely get offered a warranty in my opinion.
I just bought a 2025 with fsd from Carmax a few weeks ago. I really wanted paid for fsd so I wasn't stuck paying $99 forever, and that price will likely change as it becomes unsupervised. I bet they will offer tiers. These prices are reasonable compared to the rest of the used market. Everything...
Look up used cybertruck on Carvana and Carmax that are spoken for and then talk about depreciation. Used premiums are close to $80k and cyberbeasts are $85k-$95k. I just bought a 2025 with paid for fsd. But I did just sell a plaid x privately for a pretty penny with 60k miles.
Just sold my x plaid for a used premium. No RAGRETS!
The premium is still fast. It's about the same in the 1/4 as a raptor r. I didn't feel like the beast was worth the extra money new or used. I can easily afford it but didn't see the value. It's a truck so no need for 10 second 1/4 miles for me.
it's a $10k price difference now and I would easily spend the extra on the premium. I have a $59k reservation but just bought a used 2025 with fsd. The air suspension is amazing, way better than the x plaid I had before. Plus all the other stuff. The $59k is an amazing bargain, but the premium...
Is it possible to transfer a reservation to a family member or friend? I ended up buying a used 2025 with fsd paid for. I ordered two hours before the cutoff so I wouldn't get mine for a long time but I hate for this deal to be wasted. Not profiting on it or anything, just want to give someone...
Any type of plan like this is offered because it's profitable for the company. Meaning the odds are against you. I don't know what type of insurance you have but with glass I have no deductible.
this is what I found.
Mine failed on the first of May. I supercharged a couple times and saw a post somewhere where someone said to turn on the outlets in the truck and then set to 24A and it would charge. Been working for me ever since. Hoping it doesn't stop and I have to go back to...
Someone posted on this forum about a trick to allowing you to charge at 24 A. It's something to do with the outlets in the back or something. They said they had a failure and they have been able to charge for some period of time now
