Oh, I see. Well, your situation might be different, but I took delivery of my CT on March 9, and didn’t receive my voucher until July 17. I used it today 11/22 when some of the items I have been watching finally showed up in stock. Long process for me.

Couple of after thoughts… Do you have a CC preloaded into your app? Maybe need that in order to bring up all 3 payment types (CC, GC, Voucher)? Also, are you the primary account holder on the app? My wife constantly gets mad at the app because I am the primary and she doesn’t have access to...
