Called my local rep. They said ALL new Cybertrucks are being held. She said they received official word that the new trim was being held back. Couldn't provide a date and said they had no way of knowing. Said that a code or something is sent to service team from HQ when they are allowed to work...

Was on the holding lot and wouldn't let me see it. Delivery date now shows 5/31 - 6/3. Was showing 5/27-6/1. I'll keep you updated. Immediate Update.... The date just changed to 6/1 - 6/4

Mine is currently sitting on the lot. On containment hold.

I am getting the same thing. Tesla support and my local service center doesn't know why. They think it may be because there is a hold on it due to a battery issue they found during inspection.
