I am having the same problem with my iPhone app not reporting data with the PowerShare setup. I have third party solar. There is another similar thread on this forum. it suggested so I had the installer connect by an Ethernet cable the PowerShare gateway to my home internet router last week...

I purchased via the $2,500 credit back in Dec 2024 the PowerShare online via the Tesla mobile app under my Foundation Beast. Tesla sent the PowerShare and universal wall charger directly to my house.
