I'm getting a Service Required notification on the screen for wheel alignment, plus it's noticeably pulling to the right. Shaking is more likely tire balance than wheel alignment.
Generally it's good practice to just do an alignment whenever you put new tires on the truck. Unfortunately I hit a pothole at high speed and knocked at least one of the wheels out of alignment, so I need it sooner.
Are there any third-party shops that have the ability to do wheel alignments on the CT? Called a couple in my area and they both said they don't have the specs for it yet. Would take it to Tesla Service but their soonest appointment is over a month out and 50 miles away. The tires will be...
I don't think that's a fair assessment. I'm personally very pleased with the quality of my truck and until now have had no issues. You have to keep in mind that this is the first mass-produced vehicle ever made with a 48v electrical system. That means all new design, parts, suppliers, etc...

I got the truck back over the weekend. Took about 2 weeks for them to resolve the issue. Below is the explanation from the service invoice, unfortunately they didn't give me any indication on what might have cause the damage in the first place.
