They can definitely do it. My old order was cancelled and I placed a new one and paid another $250. They were able to "refund" the first $250 by give an extra $250 incentive to my new order. So instead of $1000 loyalty incentive off, I got $1250. I would walk in and talk to a rep f2f.

I went back to my browser's cache and visited a specific FS AWD ordering page that I visited 2 weeks ago. The vehicle is still available to order and has free supercharging and is now eligible for 0 APR. This proves that inventory for FS AWD is still available - they are just NOT LISTED!

The only logical explanation is that TSLA is intentionally blocking the FS AWDs from combining with the 0 APR sale at current moment. I expect this will change once the FS Beasts are sold out, OR, regardless, TSLA would open up the FS AWD inventory in the next week or so. We'll see

Yes, I just spoke to their rep - you can still place an order for FS (if one is still available in inventory in your area) and get both free supercharging and 0% apr. I was scheduled to take delivery tomorrow and today was able to update my order to take advantage of this 0% apr offer.
