You should just go and ask the service center for a buyback. Don't go calling a lawyer. A lot of people have reported easy conversations with the support staff on this matter and Tesla is okay about a buyback.

If you have a wrap with any kind of pattern, you are screwed. They would usually have to take a huge amount of a roll in order to cover these thin surface areas... Tesla will not cover the cost of rewrapping this section.
I agree that this is needed in the rear seats. I usually have the back seats folded up and there are exposed cables down there, right for clipping or accidental damage.
