I put in a ticket two months ago. They applied double-face tape and called it a day. Two weeks later, it got loose again and created a crease. I'm waiting for the parts to be replaced.

I got a loaner both times; on my SC, they ask you to request 24 hours before your drop-off time. I argue that I don't have time or uber easily available in my area. I leave ~50 minutes from SC.
